The supplied Safety Data Sheet classifies this PETG material as not hazardous under the referenced GHS physical, health, and environmental classifications, and reports no hazardous ingredients above applicable reporting thresholds.
Safe use: This product is intended for its designed accessibility-switch use. Keep it away from open flame and high heat. Do not disassemble, modify electrical components, or use the product if the cable, connector, housing, or mounting hardware is damaged. If a component breaks or develops sharp edges, stop using the product until it is replaced.
Care and handling: Wipe with a soft, lightly damp cloth and mild soap as needed; do not soak the product or allow moisture into the switch or 3.5 mm connector. PETG is stable under normal storage and handling conditions, but the material safety information identifies strong oxidizing agents as incompatible and notes carbon oxides may be produced if it burns.
